Welcome to the last week of 2016.
What a year it has been.
So much change personally.
So much that I have gained.
So much that I have lost.
So many memories made.
I am looking forward to 2017.
I look forward to making great changes....positive changes and continue the moving on in my life and the gaining back of the woman I am and was within.
One way is to get my eating back inline to help attain my goals in the health area.
So without further babbling today here is the last post of my Daily Eats
My mornings are pretty routine and will stay the same until the warmer weather moved in and I will drink an iced protein drink of sorts, but for now it is my protein coffee.
Premier protein is definitely one of my fave choices. This added to my coffee tastes very close to a Mocha.
BUT my favorite Mocha is by far my Starbucks Skinny Peppermint Mocha.
My guilty pleasure indeed!
Lunch was something I LOVE too.
A soft boiled egg, on top of a piece of toast and added avocado and a slice of bacon.
A comfort food with added avocado from my childhood.
Until just a few years ago I had never had an avocado.
Yep I grew up in Florida, yet NEVER tried these amazing fruits all the years I lived there.
Oh all the years I missed enjoying these lovely things.
I try to cook a large piece of meat on the weekend to use in lunches and quick dinners.
This past weekend I made a garlic crusted roast beef.
A quick leftover meal of creamed spinach mashed potatoes were great.
